This large bustling city centre pub has recently been given a
serious make-over - you can still smell the new wood and resin.
The end result is clearly designed to sit on the pub/club border.
Lots of space; and furniture that can easily be cleared out of the way. A very high-tech sound and
light system; and a disco. This certainly looks like a pub for the young and active rather the
not-so-young and sedate; but we're told the quiet areas work well even with the music up
high...
User Michael Gilbert reports: "White Horse now has a
children's license in the pub up until 7pm and a no smoking area up
until 7pm. They no longer serve Bass. The Staff are
fantastic."
