The Landlord declares this to be a boozers' pub; somewhere to go
if your tastes run to good beer, conversation and a traditional atmosphere. That's very much how it
feels, with a single narrow bar area and dark decor. As for the beer, the Sandringham offers what
we think is the only chance to try North Yorkshire Brewery Bitter in the City; and worth a try it
certainly is.
