The Rugby Tavern is a large light open room wrapped around a
"C" shaped bar. If you are lucky you will be greeted on arrival by Sam, a large white
Husky-like dog.
In 1998 the Rugby had a major external revamp which removed the
previous (see photo right) Sam Smith's corporate colour scheme.
When originally putting this page together, we commented that the
Rugby drew its name from the game rather than the place. That's not entirely confirmed by the
photos of Rugby town and school that adorn the walls.
