The outside of the Bull is pretty impressive: but looks can be
deceiving. Inside you find a smoky locals' pub with a distinctive character that may not to be to
everyone's taste but clearly appeals to the regulars.
The Bull is one apex of what is known locally as the Beverley Road
Triangle, the others being the Rose, directly opposite, and the Park, 50 yards down the
road.
